To access the bios settings, hit "F1" during the Dell splash screen.


[top] Adjust Console Screen Size 

Fn + F7
To adjust the console screen, hit "Fn + F7". This will rotate through two settings. One is full screen console mode while the other uses about half the screen and is centered.
